Milestones: LibraryThing Turns Seven!
Happy 7th birthday to Tim Spalding, Abby Blachy, and the rest of the LibraryThing team.
Tim reflects on his past seven years in this blog post.

We’re stable, profitable and growing, with over 1.5 million members using LibraryThing.com and the other language sites, and over 400 library systems around the world using our library services.
Tim also discusses some future plans and priorities in the post.
He does not mention (but we will) LibraryThing’s OverCat database where users can search millions of library bibliographic records from hundreds of libraries around the world. OverCat launched in June 2010 and about four months ago the saw some major growth with the addition of the 12.3 million bibliographic records that The Harvard Library released to the public with their Open Metadata Policy.
