New Full Text Book (Open Access) Discusses Use of Ebooks in Higher Education

Here’s a recently published (November 2014) peer-reviewed book (open access, CC-BY license) commissioned by JISC and published by UK-based Ubiquity Press that might be of interest to some of you.
Title: Ebooks in education: Realising the vision
Edited by Hazel Woodward, University Librarian/Director of the University Press

The book contains eight essays and seven case studies.
From the Ubiquity Catalog:

Ebooks are coming of age in education, as this exciting collection commissioned by Jisc demonstrates.

  • An innovative app to encourage ebook take-up in a Welsh college.
