Although most of DC was shut down yesterday (including the Federal Government) because of storm, oral arguments in Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons, Inc first sale case did take place yesterday at the U.S. Supreme Court.
The full text (65 pages; PDF) provided by SCOTUS is available here. We’ve also embedded a copy below. We will update this post with the audio when it becomes available.
