Report: “Oxford University Library Launches Its Own Gin For Sale”
From the Oxford Mail:
Sky Wave Distillery at Bicester Motion has produced a premium London Dry gin for the world-famous Oxford University library.
Distillers say the gin has been inspired by the intricate ceiling carvings of the majestic Divinity School, and the rich woody aromas of the shelves and leather aromas in Duke Humfrey’s Library.
Andrew Parsons, Sky Wave co-founder and Master Distiller, said: “It was a great honour to work with one of the world’s oldest libraries, and one of Britain’s greatest and famous institutions, to create this unique gin.
