Eleanor Maier, OED Executive Editor, provided an overview of how new words are added to the Oxford English Dictionary. This video is an extract from Writing the Oxford English Dictionary, a virtual talk originally delivered to the English and Digital Linguistics class at the Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany.
