Report: “Durham Firm’s $1.59M Gig: Archiving Donald Trump’s Tweets From His White House Days”

Ray Carey, CEO of ArchiveSocial, tells TBJ his firm won the contract to archive Trump’s social media footprint. Carey, who took over the top spot at ArchiveSocial in 2019 from founder Anil Chawla, recognizes the mission and said the company is more than up for the challenge.

ArchiveSocial works to maintain those records, and it’s grown to serve more than 5,000 government agencies. Its record in working with groups like the Department of Justice and President Barack Obama’s administration is what made it the easy choice to archive Trump, Carey said.
