Onassis Foundation Publishes the Digital Collection of The Cavafy Archive
From the Onassis Foundation:
The Onassis Foundation announced the publication of the digital collection of the Cavafy Archive, with more than 2.000 digitized archival documents, accessible to all.
Through this digital collection, the visitor can navigate through Cavafy’s rare world from a computer or even a mobile screen. What is more, the digital collection is both available in Greek and English, thus it addresses audiences on a global level, just like the poetry of C. P. Cavafy.
The Onassis Foundation’s vision for the Cavafy Archive, which was acquired at the end of 2012, is strongly linked to free access and the support of archival education.

C. P. Cavafy collected and archived his work on a systematic basis, hence creating a unique literary and personal archive. The Cavafy Archive consists of manuscripts of poems, hand-compiled printed editions, prose literary works, articles, studies and notes by the poet.
