France’s National Plan for Open Science Released, English Translation Now Available

From LIBER (European Association of Research Libraries):

2018-07-05_18-09-47An English translation of France’s new national plan to activate Open Science — presented by the French Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Frédérique Vidal, at LIBER’s 2018 Annual Conference — is now available.

The plan is centered around three key commitments:

  1. Generalise Open Access To Publications
  2. Structure Research Data And Make It Available Through Open Access
  3. Be Part Of A Sustainable European And International Open Science Dynamic
