New Online: Comic Books Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF) Releases New Guide and Resrarch on Developing a Graphic Novel Collection

CBLDF is proud to release Comics — Start Here! This resource for librarians provides an introduction to developing a graphic novel collection, including brand new research on cataloging graphic novels undertaken by Staci Crouch, Hallie Clawson, and Allison Bailund at University of Washington iSchool, Comics — Start Here! will be available from CBLDF at ALA Annual in the Lion Forge booth #549.
Comics — Start Here! is also available as a free download here.
Comics Start Here utilizes data from a recent survey that CBLDF sponsored to create new shelving guidelines, that will help reduce confusion and streamline the organization process.
