User Experience findings from signage to furniture to website design. Aaron Schmidt is the co-author of the ALA Book “Useful, Usable, Desirable” that identifies the 19 critical touchpoints for libraries.
This presentation will help libraries discover ways to improve their physical spaces, websites, service points, signage, and marketing. This presentation was recorded when Aaron was the keynote speaker of the 2018 BayNet Annual meeting.
