Texas: City of Laredo to Move Forward with an All Digital Library Project

The City of Laredo plans to move forward with a project that would bring access to a new type of library.
The concept known as the Bibliotech is an all-digital public library, which was first introduced in San Antonio.

The project aims to provide access to newer forms of technology for all members of the community.
Casa Verde Road and the Lozano housing area have both been announced as proposed locations.
