[Report] provide[s] data related to universal service support, including industry revenues and contributions, support for the 4 universal service programs (Connect America Fund/High Cost, Lifeline/Low Income, Schools and Libraries/E-rate, and Rural Health Care), telephone subscribership and penetration, rates and price indices, network usage and growth, quality of service, infrastructure, expenses, and investment.
