Australia: State Library Victoria Launches New Digital Publishing Partnership

[On Tuesday,] State Library Victoria today announced a partnership with online publishing start-up Tablo to develop Tablo Communities, an innovative new platform that supports emerging Victorian writers, connecting them with other writers, readers, industry experts and potential publishers.

The partnership was announced today by Tablo creator Ash Davies and State Library Director, Justine Hyde, at a Digital Writers Festival event on writers and publishing in the digital age.
Due to launch this summer, the State Library Tablo Community will be the first of its kind featuring authors-in-residence and industry experts to provide advice, motivation, writing techniques and editing tips, and a space for people to connect.
