Full Text Books: The Internet Archive’s “Open Library” Announces New and Enhanced Features
In a blog post titled, “Celebrating 20 Years of the Internet Archive with an Open Library Feature Bonanza,” the Internet Archive’s Jessamyn West (yes, THE Jessamyn West), provides a look at several new and improved features now available from The Open Library.
West introduces:
- The Return of Full Text Search (Faster than Ever)
- A New Online Book Reader
- A New Open Library Client, a Command Line Tool For Developers
- New Features (Requested by Users) to Make Book Borrowing Easier, Faster
