European Research Libraries Respond to EC Consultation on Publishers’ Role in the Copyright Value Chain

LIBER has responded to the EC consultation on the role of publishers in the copyright value chain.
On behalf of the LIBER Copyright Working Group, who compiled this response, we would like to thank our LIBER members who provided invaluable feedback.
Members can also submit their own responses to the consultation which closes tomorrow, Wednesday 15 June.
