Introductory Video For “Ebooks Minnesota”, New Service Provides Ebooks From Minnesota’s Independent Publishers
The new intro video for the service (a two-year pilot project) is embedded at the bottom of this post.
From the Minnesota Digital Library:
Ebooks Minnesota offers an ebook collection for every resident of our state. These ebooks cover a wide variety of subjects for readers of all ages, and we are proud to say that this collection is Minnesota-made by our state’s independent publishers. The collection highlights some of the best of our literary and non-fiction ebooks. We will preserve the collection through the Minnesota Digital Library, so future generations can read about our cultural legacy.
Ebooks Minnesota is a joint project of Minitex and the Minnesota Department of Education, State Library Services. The collection is funded in part through the Institute of Museum and Library Services’ Grants to States program.
