Amazon.com Releases Bestselling Books of 2014 (Multiple Lists)

Amazon today announced its best-selling books of 2014, best-selling Kids & Teens books, as well as the Most Gifted and Most Wished For books of the year.
The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd is the best-selling book overall and John Grisham’s latest novel Gray Mountain comes in at number two. The Heroes of Olympus Book Five: The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan is the best-selling Kids & Teens book, followed by Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul by Jeff Kinney. The Long Haul was also the Most Gifted book this year, while All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr and Capital in the Twenty-First Century by Thomas Piketty were the Most Wished For.
The top 20 lists take into account first editions that were published in 2014, consider only paid units, and combine print and Kindle editions.
