Citation Analysis: Most Prolific U.S. Institutions in Information Science & Library Science, 2009-2013
A new Science Watch “Science Byte” utilizing data from ThomsonReuters InCites (a subset of Web of Science) provides a list of the Top 5 most prolific institutions based on the each university’s percentage of the 16,205 papers published in the Library and Info Science journals indexed by TR.
Topping the list is Indiana University with 247 papers (1.52 percent of field).
