The Sunlight Foundation is a DC-based non-profit that does wonderful work providing a large and growing number of online databases, APIs, and web-based tools (all free) to assist in making government more accountable.
We use Sunlight resources regularly and encourage all of you to take a look at what they provide. If you train others in online research, a session focusing on Sunlight Foundation tools would make for an excellent seminar.
