Writer Neil Gaiman’s contribution to the world of modern comics and graphic novels is immense, with magnificent achievements such as The Sandman series celebrated even in the highest cultural circles. At this special event in May 2014 he talks about his work, comic influences and passions; and is also joined by friend and collaborator, songwriter Tori Amos.
Chaired by the guest curators of the Library’s Comics Unmasked exhibition, John Harris Dunning and Paul Gravett.

The digital anthology contains over 150 pages of comics and information on display in the exhibition. Selected comics are shown in short excerpts, each with an introductory page giving information about the publication and its place in British comics history.
