American Archive of Public Television Joins Twitter
In November, we learned (and posted) that the American Archive of Public Television’s new home will be at the Library of Congress. The project itself is a collaboration between LC and WGBH in Boston.
Now you can now keep up with news about AAPT by following them on Twitter: @amarchivepub.
The infoDOCKET posts linked below provide some useful background and links.
- From December 15, 2013: Project update as well as slides (with timeline) from an overview presentation about the AAPT. Useful!
- From November 14, 2013: A number of reports about the LC/AAPT collaboration and a link to the wonderful, useful, and free Open Vault video archive from WGBH. Open Vault continues to be one of our favorite resources to share with researchers, journalists, educators, and other groups.
