Corporate Archives: Target’s Archivists Cut in Layoffs
From the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal:
Target Corp. employees in charge of chronicling the retailer’s storied past were among those eliminated in this week’s layoffs.

Senior Archivists Tony Jahn and Jamie Martin confirmed via LinkedIn that they were let go as part of Wednesday’s cuts.
The archives department was responsible for expanding and organizing Target’s collection of historical artifacts, including business papers, photographs, textiles, other objects and electronic records.
