Rights Info, DOI and PubMed ID From PubMed Central Articles Now Available in Two Dublin Core Metadata Elements

Additional information from PMC articles is now available in two Dublin Core metadata elements from the OAI web service.
1. <dc:identifier> – PubMed ID and DOI, where available, have been added.
