Reference: Law Library of Congress Releases “State Government Contracts – A Research Guide”

Note: The publication of this new research guide about state government contracting follows the June release of Government Contracts: A Beginner’s Guide by Barbara Bavis and Robert Brammer from the Law Library of Congress that shares info and resources about federal contracts.

The guide was compiled and written by Law Librarian of Congress, David Mao. It focuses on info about government contracts/procurement in the State of Maryland.
