National Library of the Netherlands Publishes Annual Report and Releases “By the Numbers” Video

In 2012, the new server room was completed, the digitization of collections was accelerated and important progress was made with the development of the digital library. In addition, the KB successfully extended its digital services, thereby actively encouraging the use of its rich collections. This may sound rather theoretical, but rest assured. Millions of visits to the KB website, enthusiastic response to the digital Historical Newspapers and tens of thousands of downloads of the app ‘Here was the news’ show a lively practice.
