Here’s a new collection of reference resources about same-sex marriage in the U.S.  compiled and annotated by Martha E. Hardy, a reference and instruction librarian at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN.
This resource appears in the June 2013 (Vol 74 No 6) issue of C&RL News.
Hardy writes:

With so much change happening so quickly, it can be difficult to keep track of all of the legal changes regarding same-sex marriage.
