New Digital Archive: Belfast’s Linen Hall Library Launches Theatre and Performance Arts Archive

Treasures in the arts archive at Belfast’s oldest library are available online for the first time.
The acclaimed theatre and performing arts section at the Linen Hall Library includes material dating as far back as the 1700s.

John Killen, the Linen Hall Library’s librarian, said: “The digitisation of our Theatre and Performance Arts Archivemarks a major milestone in our plan to make the Linen Hall Library’s collections available to the widest possible audience.
