An Updated and Tasty Reference Guide from Library of Congress: “American Barbecue: History and Geography”

This updated reference guide comes from the Science Reference Section, Science, Technology, and Business Division at the Library of Congress.

“American Barbecue: History and Geography” contains introductions, books (bibliographic data), articles (bibliographic data), and links to selected Internet resources.
