"Rwandan Libraries Go Digital"
The Korea Internationel Cooperation Agency and the Rwanda Development Board recently launched a digital library to be used in 30 Rwandan business development centers.
Libraries at telecenters will be equipped with several tablet computers to create an environment for developing digital content and facilitate the access of information.
In the near future, RDB plans to build on this support by setting up a digital library that will make available books, papers, theses, images, sound and video files for educational purposes.
