"Barbados and Taiwan Join the Campaign for the World’s Libraries"
The Library Association of Barbados (LAB) and Library Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan) recently became the newest members of the Campaign for the World’s Libraries. The library associations join nearly 40 others that have previously joined the campaign and had the campaign’s @ your library logo translated into their country’s language. The @ your library logo is currently available in 32 languages and in the colors of each partner countries’ flag colors.
Libraries everywhere can download the logos from www.ala.org/@yourlibrary/logos.

The Campaign for the World’s Libraries was developed by the America Library Association’s (ALA) Campaign for America’s Libraries and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) to showcase the unique and vital roles played by public, school, academic and special libraries worldwide. It is based on The Campaign for America’s Libraries.
IFLA is a partner in the Campaign for America’s Libraries (www.ala.org/@yourlibrary), ALA’s public awareness campaign that promotes the value of libraries and librarians. Thousands of libraries of all types – across the country and around the globe – use the Campaign’s @ your library® brand. The Campaign is made possible in part by ALA’s Library Champions, corporations and foundations.
