Presentation Slides: "Intro to Linked Open Data in Libraries, Archives & Museums"
Here’s an EXCELLENT intro presentation about linked data by Jon Voss, founder of LookBackMaps, that’s also full of links to explore.
Voss delivered the presentation on April 29, 2011 at the LODLAM (Linked Open Data in Libraries Archives and Museums) Bootcamp prior to the opening of the Great Lakes THAT Camp taking place in East Lansing, Michigan.
Btw, THAT Camp is currently underway so monitor the camp blog for links to other presentations.
Finally, more from Jon Voss.
The International Linked Open Data in Libraries, Archives, and Museums Summit is scheduled to take place in San Francisco in about a month and Jon has compiled a reading list that might be of interest to some of you. Suggestions/additions welcome.
