FRASER, from the St. Louis U.S. Federal Reserve, provides access to thousands of digitized historic documents providing economic, financial, & banking history.

From the FRASER Web Site:

In addition to the existing title, theme, and author options, FRASER records can now be browsed by over 1000 subjects, such as monetary policy, business cycles, and gold.
