January 3, 2016 by Gary Price

From the Wikipedia Blog:

Most of the list breaks down into three general categories. Topics like “Deaths in 2015” are perennial top-edited pages and will surprise few if anyone. Others reflect major current events, such as the two tragic terror attacks in Paris; this becomes much more prevalent as you move down the list. Last, articles like “Geospatial Summary of the High Peaks/Summits of the Juneau Icefield” are the work of one author making many thousands of edits.

  1. Deaths in 2015 (18,121)
  2. Geospatial Summary of the High Peaks/Summits of the Juneau Icefield (7,291)
  3. 2015 in sports (6,163)
