Kim Massana No Longer CEO at Innovative Interfaces
A company spokesperson has confirmed to infoDOCKET that Kim Massana is no longer the CEO at Innovative (aka Innovative Interfaces).
Massana’s resignation was effective on August 27, 201 and an executive search is now underway to find his replacement.
The spokesperson added, “Kim leaves behind a strong management team that continues to move the company forward. We remain financially strong, focused on librarian success, our employees, and product leadership.”
Massana’s LinkedIn profile has been updated to reflect his departure from the company.
The interim CEO is Bert Winemiller, a senior partner at JMI Equity and an Innovative investor.
JMI Equity and Huntsman Gay Global Capital became the full owner of Innovative in February 2013.
