About a month ago ACRL/Choice offered a webinar (sponsored by SAGE) titled, ”The Role of the Librarian in an Open Access World”.

The program featured presentations by:

  • Charles Eckman, University Librarian and Dean of Library Services at Simon Fraser University
  • Dave Ross, Executive Publisher of OA at SAGE
  • Michael S. Mott,The University of Mississippi, Advanced Education Center

If you missed the webinar, you can listen to a recording of it here (via IU.edu) and view slides at the same time. We’ve also embedded the slide deck below.

Finally, last week SAGE some answers to some questions about their involvement in open access publishing that they were unable to answer during the webinar.
