LOCPix allows searching and viewing of the digitized photo collections from the Library of Congress. Browse collections or search the vast archive for interesting historical photographs and poster artwork. Hundreds of thousands of images are available, many in high resolution.

The app costs $.99. and comes from Say Goodnight Software.
