ARL and ACRL Listening Session Recording: “OSTP Policy Guidance: Ensuring Free, Immediate, and Equitable Access to Federally Funded Research”
The video recording embedded below from ACRL and ARL was recorded on November 16, 2022.
Event Description
In this session the academic/research library community will share statements and top-of-mind issues with members of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Subcommittee on Open Science (SOS) about the new public-access memo. The updated policy guidance includes a number of changes from the 2013 OSTP public-access memo “Expanding Public Access to the Results of Federally Funded Research.” ARL has published a side-by-side comparison of the two memos.
