World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Publishes First Public Draft Notes of Privacy Principles and Ethical Web Principles

The Technical Architecture Group (TAG) has published First Public Draft Notes of and Ethical Web Principles. These documents provide principles that should guide the development of the Web platform.
