RePEc (Research Papers in Economics) Database Reaches 3 Million Works Indexed Milestone

The big news of the month [December 2019] is that there are now over 3 million works indexed in RePEc. This achievement would never have been reached without the help of our over 2,000 RePEc archive maintainers.

- 500,000 working papers with references
- 8,000 ranked institutions
In Their Own Words
The heart of the [RePEc] project is a decentralized bibliographic database of working papers, journal articles, books, books chapters and software components, all maintained by volunteers. The collected data are then used in various services that serve the collected metadata to users or enhance it.
