Institutional Repositories: Users of Penn State “ScholarSphere” Now Provided With Monthly Research Impact Reports
From Penn St. University:
Effective Sept. 1, users of ScholarSphere, Penn State’s institutional repository service, will receive monthly reports detailing the impact of the research products they have contributed, including preprints, posters, data sets, research software and other open-access scholarly products.
Users will be provided updated statistics on the number of new downloads of their works and a link to other statistics available through the ScholarSphere dashboard. This information will better equip researchers to identify how their work is being used by the broader academic community.
