From Today’s Acquisition Announcement:
SAGE has acquired Talis, a technology company, and its enterprise teaching and learning platform, Talis Aspire, which is used by over 1 million students at more than 100 universities across 8 countries.
This acquisition marks an important step for SAGE as it moves SAGE’s product portfolio beyond content-led resources into technology solutions that support teaching, learning and research in the higher education institution.
