Clifford Lynch, Executive Director, Coalition for Networked Information (CNI) delivered closing remarks at today’s “Owned by the Academy: A Preconference on Open Source Publishing Software” held in Minneapolis ahead of the Library Publishing Coalition’s Library Publishing Forum 2018 beginning tomorrow.
