Depository Library Council Releases Comments and Concerns About Title 44 Draft Bill (Reform of Public Printing and Documents)

The Depository Library Council (DLC) released their comments on the Title 44 draft bill released by the Committee on House Administration on December 11, 2017. The DLC said that they felt several areas of the bill, where it related directly to the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP), would considerably improve the program and answer issues the DLC and FDLP have raised in past years. However, the DLC also raised some concerns.
