American Archive of Public Broadcasting (AAPB) Releases New Online Exhibit About the TV Newsmagzine
The new online exhibit from the American Archive of Public Broadcasting is titled, “Structuring the News: The Magazine Format in Public Media.”
From the Website:
“Structuring the News: The Magazine Format in Public Media” examines both the content and structure of newsmagazines, and situates the format within the context of how our public broadcasting system has evolved since the Public Broadcasting Act was signed into law in 1967.
The exhibit includes 58 audio and video items and was curated by Alejandra Dean, a digital exhibits intern at AAPB.
