The move is part of the city’s Poverty Reduction Strategy as a way to give people access to safe space, technology, information and resources year-round.
“This program, along with several other measures in the Poverty Reduction Strategy, will make a difference in people’s lives, provide opportunity, and make our city a fairer and more inclusive place to live,” Tory said.
