Compute Canada and CARL-Portage Begin Beta Testing of Federated Research Data Repository (FRDR)

Compute Canada and CARL-Portage are pleased to announce that their work towards the development of the Federated Research Data Repository (FRDR) has advanced to the beta testing stage. At this point, both the user interface and the underlying functionality of the software is being evaluated. Testing will be based on a wide range of users depositing a variety of datasets. In addition, information will be gathered on the reactions of users with varying degrees of familiarity with data repositories.
