California: Five Million Additional Business Records Added to Secretary of State’s Business Search Database
From the California Secretary of State:
Secretary of State Alex Padilla [recently] announced the release of an additional 5 million searchable and downloadable business records as part of the Secretary of State’s Digital Business Search Initiative. This brings the total number of searchable and downloadable business records available through the Secretary of State’s California Business Search to over 10 million. These documents relate to business formations, registrations, amendments, and mergers.
