Video: Leaders of New York City’s Public Library Systems Testify at NYC Council Budget Hearing
The New York City Council Committee on Cultural Affairs, Libraries and International Intergroup Relations held a preliminary budget hearing on Wednesday (March 8, 2017) and leaders of the three NYC library systems testified and answered questions.
