UN Depository Library in Nepal Damaged in 25 April Earthquake

Since 1946, the Dag Hammarskjöld Library of the United Nations Secretariat in New York has arranged for the distribution of United Nations documents and publications to users around the world through its depository library system.
Tribhuvan University Central Library, which serves as the only UN depository library in Nepal, suffered extensive damage from the massive earthquake which hit Nepal on 25 April 2015. The Library is currently closed as it assesses the damage and begins repairs.
