The European Library Joins the European Data Infrastructure – EUDAT
A subset of The European Library Open Dataset is now accessible through EUDAT’s research data discovery service – B2FIND, which will be presented during the 3rd EUDAT Conference taking place on 24-25 of September in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The first European Library subset distributed to EUDAT consists of a selection of data of interest to research communities.
EUDAT’s mission is to design, develop, implement and offer Common Data Services to interested research communities. EUDAT represents a unique partnership between research communities and data centers, bringing together data service providers and users who are directly involved with the design of data services.
Future collaborations between The European Library and EUDAT will focusĀ on the distribution of additional data and improving the data integration between The European Library and EUDAT’s discovery service B2FIND.
On a related note, EUDAT has just released a new 3:15 promo video.
